Payment and Deposits
Payment for your appointment will be made online via credit or debit card. When booking your appointment, you will be prompted to provide your payment information, and the non-refundable deposit of £25 will be charged at that time. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
All appointments are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £25, which you may pay using the payment methods provided during the booking process.
Cancelling Appointments
To cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. You can provide notice by contacting us through the methods listed on our website or by calling 07738 285506. Additionally, you can also cancel your appointment by clicking the provided link in the confirmation email you received when you booked.
If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be carried forward and applied to a rescheduled appointment. Please note that the deposit can be transferred to another date only once.
Rescheduling Appointments
To reschedule your appointment, please follow these steps:
First, cancel your current appointment by calling us on 07738 285506 or emailing us at
[email protected], or by clicking the provided link in the confirmation email you received when you booked. Once your current appointment is canceled, you can proceed to rebook your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
In cases of cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged the remaining balance for the booked treatment.
Late Arrivals
We kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened, and you will still be charged for the full appointment.
Make-Up Free
To ensure the most efficient and effective treatment, we request that you arrive at your appointment with no makeup.
Agreement
By paying the deposit fee, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
GBA VIP Skin Club Terms & Condition
1. VIP Membership Activation
• VIP status is granted upon receipt of the initial payment of £79 and successful setup of a recurring direct debit
for monthly payments.
• VIP membership requires a minimum commitment of three consecutive months.
2. Monthly Treatment Allowance
• Each month, members receive a treatment allowance valued at £75, which may be applied toward one or multiple treatments, depending on treatment pricing.
• If any portion of the £75 allowance remains after a treatment, members may book another treatment and pay the outstanding balance at the appointment.
• Unused allowances can be carried forward to subsequent months.
• The yearly allowance must be used within the 12-month period to which it applies. Any unused treatments or remaining balances will expire at the end of the 12-month period and cannot be transferred or rolled over.
• The 12-month period begins from the date the first payment is received and includes 12 months of GBA VIP Skin Club membership. After this period, all VIP perks reset and a new 12-month period begins.
3. Treatment Scheduling
• Treatments are recommended to be received in the calendar month which they apply. Consistent monthly treatments are key for optimal skin results.
• Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred treatment times.
• If a month is missed due to holidays, contraindications, or for any other reason; the allowance can be carried over and used the following month.
4. Eligible Treatments
• The monthly allowance of £75 may be used exclusively for skin treatments and/or massages.
5. Blood Tests
• Members are entitled to one complimentary blood test after maintaining VIP status for six consecutive months.
• A maximum of one blood test is permitted per 12-month period.
6. Discounts
• VIP members are entitled to exclusive discounts on products, massages, and treatment packages. These discounts are not capped and are available solely to the
VIP member.
7. Age Requirements
• VIP membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Children aged 12 to 17 may also receive treatments and hold a VIP membership; however, a parent or legal guardian must be present at every appointment and must provide consent via the appropriate treatment forms.
• Only age-appropriate and suitable treatments will be carried out on clients aged 12–17, in accordance with treatment protocols and legal requirements.
